Wear the Cuff Correctly: Make sure that the air nozzle is facing the inner side of the lower arm.
 
Close the Cuff: Close the cuff. The distance between the cuff and the arm is one finger width.
 
Arm Placement Position: Place your arms on the table with your palms facing up, so that your heart and arms are at the same height.
 
Start the Measurement: Sit up straight, relax and press the Start button to start the measurement.
